Required Dependent Software for wiTECH Diagnostic Application and TechTOOLS

wiTECH Diagnostic Application
wiTECH System install process requires the following dependent software to have been installed prior to installing wiTECH system.
Please make sure you have installed the dependent software listed above prior to installing wiTECH System for the first time on your machine.
Java software can be downloaded by accessing one of the links below depending on the operating system your PC/Laptop is running on:
Note: These versions will also work fine with TechTOOLS

Adobe AIR software can be downloaded and installed by accessing the link below:
Once Java Software and Adobe AIR are installed, start the wiTECH system install process. wiTECH system also require the following dependent software:
During the wiTECH Install process, you will be prompted to install those software as shown in the screenshot below:
Click on “Install” in order for the wiTECH System installer to install the dependent software.
If you do not allow the installation of these dependent software applications, your wiTECH Diagnostic Application will not launch successfully.
Upon clicking the “Install” button, you will see the progress of depending software applications install as shown in the screenshot below:
Once the dependent software applications installation is complete, you will be prompted to install wiTECH System software installation. Please click on the “Install” and follow on-screen instructions to complete the wiTECH System software installation.
