How to report missing DTC-based Service Diagnostic Procedure Information
The Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) that are displayed in the wiTECH Diagnostic Application are being reported by the ECU indicating a condition occurring on the vehicle. The service diagnostic procedure information for clearing the active DTCs can be found in TechCONNECT Application under DealerCONNECT -> Service Tab -> Repair Information section.
If you do not find the service diagnostic procedure information for an active DTC in “Service Info” tab and in TechCONNECT Search, please follow the steps listed below to report the missing DTCs:
NOTE: Missing DTC Service Diagnostic Procedure Information is NOT a wiTECH Application issue.
