wiTECH 15.04 - Registration Required – “An Internal Registration error has occurred (error 10.32)..”

Very rarely, users may see the “Registration Required” window pop-up with the message “An internal registration error has occurred (error 10.32). Please see the knowledge base for more information” as shown in the screenshot below:


If you are prompted with this message, simply restart wiTECH by:

  • Click on the   button in the pop-up window.
  • The “Connection Wizard” will appear again.
  • Reconnect to the same device.

The internal registration error (error 10.32) should not appear again.

If continue to get the registration “Warning” message indicating the tool is not registered despite your tool is registered, please access the following wiTECH Knowledge base article link to troubleshoot the issue further:
