wiTECH Diagnostic Application Prevents/Warns the User that the Device Is Not Registered Even Though It Is Registered

Users with currently registered devices may receive the Registration Required/Warning pop-up message as depicted in the screenshots below despite their device is registered:

NOTE: Network access to dcctools.com and all of its sub-domains as trusted sites is required for the users of wiTECH Diagnostic Application.

The primary reason for wiTECH Application displays the “Not registered” warning for a device that has already been registered is that the PC/Laptop connected to the registered device does not have access to the dcctools.com web domain and all of its sub-domains.


Users can check to see whether they have all the required web-sites access from their network by utilizing the new “Network Check” feature within the latest wiTECH Diagnostic Application release version 14.02.56. The PC is required to have access to the following web-sites:
