Diagnostic Tool Registration for wiTECH

Users are required to register their diagnostic tools (wiTECH Pod, microPOD, and StarMOBILE) with Chrysler. Starting from May 3, 2014, users will be prevented from using the wiTECH Diagnostic Application with unregistered tools. Users will see the following error when launching wiTECH Diagnostic Application with an unregistered tool:

We have pre-registered most devices in an effort to reduce the likelihood of a dealership needing to register.  In the event that a diagnostic tool does need to be registered, the wiTECH Application will give instructions to the user on how to accomplish this.  The instructions will vary depending on the type of user and region.  To view these instructions in advance, please see: http://kb.dcctools.com/index.php?CategoryID=123

Note:  To Support wiTECH Release version 15.01 we have updated some of the existing entitlements and added additional ones.
