Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot issues logging into the wiTECH Diagnostic Application:

  1. Verify that you can get online to www.dealerconnect.com
  2. Verify that the server selected for the wiTECH application log-in is set to DealerCONNECT
    • The wiTECH application uses the DealerCONNECT website to log you into the application

  1. Remove all entered log-in credentials (User ID, Password, and Dealer Code) and re-enter them
  2. Check https://ps.extra.chrysler.com/sites/SiteStatus/Pages/WelcomePage.aspx for issues pertaining to DealerCONNECT
  3. Verify that the login credentials work by logging into www.dealerconnect.com with Internet Explorer
  4. If the wiTECH Diagnostic Application is still unable to log into DealerCONNECT, disconnected (Work Offline) mode has to be used to diagnose vehicles
    • Disconnected mode will not allow you to perform ECU flashes since it relies on DealerCONNECT to download and identify flashes

If the issue persists after following the above steps, please contact the wiTECH Help Desk at 1-888-wiTECH1 (1-888-948-3241).
