How to Register a Device for Use with K-Line (KDA) Diagnostics
The email should include the following information or there may be a delay in the registration process!
In the subject line of the email of the email enter: "KDA Device Registration"
Provide the following information in the body:
When the device serial number has been added to the registration system, you will receive an email confirmation from the wiTECH Premium Support Help Desk via your wiTECH KDA registration request ticket.
Please note: This process can take 24 to 48 hours.
Note: To Support wiTECH Release version 15.01 we have updated some of the existing entitlements and added additional ones. If you believe your tool is registered and you are receiving a registration error, please email the wiTECH Premium Support Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org with the device information.
